9Vines has over 30 varieties/types of wine cellared, with a strong focus on dry Reds, but with an expanding selection of Whites and sweeter wines.  All 9Vines wines are unfiltered.  This older wine making style increases bulk aging time but develops greater complexity in both Reds and Whites.
